All three UASC staff members contribute to processing newly, donated collections. The senior library assistant maintains the collections in the preservation room (i.e.: shelf location, replaces boxes and/or folders, etc.) and processes pre-existing collections; moreover, the university archivist helps process new collections, if needed.
