Resources from the Internet Archive

On the Internet Archive, you can find a lot of older editions of cookbooks hosted in libraries around the world. The links below will connect you to a collection of resources on American cooking/home economics and a set of search results for various international cuisines.

If you want to search on your own for a narrower subject, try a search string like this: cooking, [kind of cooking]. Some example searches:

Cooking, Middle Eastern

Cooking, Chinese

Cooking, Scandinavian

You'll want to use the filter menu on the left side of the screen to make sure you're looking at texts and that you've selected a language you can actually read (most will be in English, but not all).
