Thank you for your interest in employment within the David L. Rice Library. We welcome energetic and motivated students to become part of our team of committed faculty and staff. Eligible students of all majors are encouraged to apply for both university and work study positions in our area. Eligibility for work study is determined by the Student Employment office within the University of Southern Indiana's Office of Financial Aid. Please contact the USI's Office of Financial Aid to verify your eligibility or for more information regarding the work study program.

STUDENT ASSISTANT APPLICATION

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee employment within the Library units and does not guarantee an interview. While the units are always taking applications, there are a limited number of positions available. Applications for employment will be kept active for one academic year. Applications will be reviewed by the hiring supervisor. Students will be contacted if there are available employment opportunities within the Library.
