Journal Finder tells you if the library subscribes to specific journals in full-text. It is not the tool for doing article searching- check the Databases tab for recommended databases to search for specific articles.
While in Journal Finder, click on the SUBJECT tab.
Select subject category Social Sciences on the left. On the right, scroll to subcategory Community Based Awareness and Relief Services.
For each title, you will see the name of the database it's in, and the years for full-text coverage. The database named "Rice Library" indicates print or microfilm copies in the library building.
