Search Tip

When doing research on local topics concerned with Evansville, it may be difficult to find very specific resources in many of our databases.  You can try to include Evansville, Southern Indiana, or a specific town in your search, but you may get few or no results.

Instead, use the sources in the databases to provide the background information on the general subject.  Then, use local resources (Interviews, newspaper articles, press releases, government information, etc.) to connect the subject to Evansville or other local communities.
